Kristin Messerli LLC ("we") operates nextgenhomebuyer.com and the NextGen Research quizzes and reports published on it. Contact: kristin@kristinmesserli.com.

When you take our quiz: your answers, your email address, your first name if provided, and basic technical information such as device type and referral source.

We do not collect payment information unless you purchase a report, in which case payment is processed by our payment provider and we never see your card number.

To generate and deliver your results; to email you results and, if you agreed, research updates; to conduct research using aggregated, de-identified data; and to improve the quiz.

If you opted into our research panel, we may invite you to future surveys.

We do not sell your personal information. We share aggregated, de-identified findings publicly and with research partners; nothing that identifies you.

We use service providers for hosting, email delivery, database, and payments, who process data on our behalf under their own confidentiality obligations. We may disclose information if required by law.

Unsubscribe from any email with one click. Request access to or deletion of your personal information at kristin@kristinmesserli.com; we honor requests under applicable state privacy laws, including for California residents.

We keep personal information while your account or subscription is active and as needed for the purposes above. De-identified research data may be retained indefinitely.

Our quiz is for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
