About the report
The 2024 NextGen Homebuyer Report is a research project developed in partnership with National MI to provide practical insights into the behavior and preferences of the next generation of homebuyers.
The report analyzes data from a January 2024 survey of 1,000 Gen Z and Millennial respondents to understand how NextGen homebuyers approach the process of purchasing a home, including key challenges, motivations, and behaviors.
